The cashless claim is where the insurance provider pays for the damage caused to the two-wheeler in an accident. The insurer needs to repair his/her two-wheeler at the network garage of the insurance provider, whereas Reimbursement-Claim or Non-Cashless is where the insurer pays for the damage caused to the two-wheeler in an accident. In reimbursement claim, the policyholder can get his two-wheeler repaired in any garage. Reimbursement Claim is usually made at the time of the accident; it is made only after the policyholder has already paid for the expenses. The insurer checks the costs incurred for the repair. The policyholder needs to provide valid documents. Otherwise, the insurer may reject the claim.
