3. Ginger (Adrak)
Ingredients: Ginger, Water/ Tea
Ways to Use:

To a cup of water/ tea, add grated or powdered ginger. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Strain it and drink it frequently while you are on a period.

4. Basil (Tulsi)
Ingredients: Basil, Water
Ways to Use:

To a cup of warm water, add a few basil leaves. Boil it and drink this basil water frequently throughout the day. You may choose to add basil to your daily tea as well
