Drink this tea before and while you are on your period.
To a cup of boiling water, add a teaspoon of fennel seeds. Strain the water and drink it. You may choose to add honey to it to make it taste better.
To a cup of water/ tea, add grated or powdered ginger. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Strain it and drink it frequently while you are on a period.
