Boil half a cinnamon stick in water. Add a teaspoon of honey and lemon juice to make it more palatable. Drink this everyday early in the morning.

2. Black Pepper
Ingredients: Black Pepper
Ways to Use:

To a glass of lukewarm water add 4 teaspoons of black pepper to it. You can also choose to add honey to the mixture.

3. Detoxifying Tea
Ingredients: Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds, Fennel seeds
Ways to Use:

Boil two glasses of water. Add cumin, coriander and fennel seeds to it. Allow it to boil for five minutes. Strain the tea. Store it in a thermo flask and keep sipping the drink throughout the day.

4. Ginger
Ingredients: Ginger, Honey
Ways to Use:

To a glass of boiling water, add fresh ginger. Have this ginger tea every day after meals.

To add flavor, you may choose to add honey to the tea.
