1. Turmeric Milk
Ingredients: Turmeric, Milk
Ways to Use:

To a glass of warm milk, add a teaspoon of turmeric powder. You may also add a teaspoon of honey to make it palatable.

Drink it daily for a few days.

2. Lamb Trotters (Paya)
Ingredients: Lamb Trotters (hoofs of goat, buffalo or sheep)
Ways to Use:

It is best recommended to have paya soup or as a vegetable along with additional spices.

3. Epsom Salt (Sendha Namak)
Ingredients: Epsom Salt (Sendha Namak)
Ways to Use:

You can choose to soak yourself in bath water mixed with Epsom salt. You can also take it orally by mixing Epsom salt with equal amounts of lemon juice in warm water and taking 2 teaspoons of it daily.

4. Magnesium Rich Foods
Ingredients: Green leafy vegetables, Spinach, Legumes, Nuts
Ways to Use:

Magnesium rich foods are amongst the most recommended food items for people with joint problems.

You can either choose to add magnesium rich foods (such as legumes, spinach, green leafy vegetables and nuts) to your daily diet or start taking supplements on daily basis.
