  • Expose yourself to sunlight frequently. This shall help you to reset your inner clock.
  • Drink caffeinated drinks such as coffee, espresso and soft drinks
  • Before flying, make sure you have a protein rich diet that includes meat, fish, chicken, cheese, eggs, tofu. This shall help the body stay awake.
  • You can try the herb, valerian, which is known to aid sleep naturally.
