What Is Indigestion?

Indigestion is considered as a sign of an underlying infection in the stomach or an associated medical condition. To a warm glass of water, add a teaspoonful of ajwain. Chew the ajwain seeds. Take this before hitting the bed. It will significantly improve your digestion.

2. Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
Ingredients: Fennel Seeds, Water
Ways to Use:

You may choose to dip fennel seeds in a glass of water overnight and drink it before going to bed. You can also chew the fennel seeds along with water separately.

3. Triphala
Ingredients: Triphala, Water
Ways to Use:

You can have triphala (one-two teaspoons) with warm water every night before going off to sleep. It shall significantly regulate bowel movement

4. Baking Soda
Ingredients: Baking Soda, Water
Ways to Use:

To a cup of warm water, add teaspoonful of baking soda and drink it before going to bed. It will help to relieve acidity, gas, soften stools and put those digestive issues to rest.

As a practice, promise to feed yourself healthy and nutritious food every day. Include fiber and nutrient rich foods to your diet, drink a lot of water throughout the day and make sure you do not skip any meals. All this together would significantly help to settle your digestion issues.
