1. Fenugreek (Methi)
Ingredients: Fenugreek (Methi) Water
Ways to Use:

-Grind a spoonful of methi and soak it in a cup of water overnight. Make a fine paste and apply it to the hair. 
 

2. Hibiscus (Shoe Flower)
Ingredients: Hibiscus (Shoe Flower) Coconut Oil Castor Oil
Ways to Use:

-Leaves of the Hibiscus flower are crushed to obtain a slippery fluid which is then mixed with coconut or castor oil. Apply this mixture on the scalp and leave it for an hour. Wash it off with a mild shampoo. Try this atleast once every week. 
 

3. Coconut Milk
Ingredients: Coconut Milk
Ways to Use:

-Rich in essential fats and proteins, coconut milk serves as an excellent remedy for hair fall. Apply and massage coconut milk on the scalp for atleast an hour. Wash it with warm water. Repeat this twice in a week. 

4. Sour Curd
Ingredients: Sour curd Black Pepper
Ways to Use:

-To a cup of cup of sour curd, add a pinch of ground black pepper. Rub the paste on the scalp. Leave it for atleast an hour or two. Wash with luke warm water.
