What is Wellness Portal?

You will be able to register and login to the wellness portal through the link provided on this page and can enroll to and avail a plethora of wellness features and services. On clicking the below link; you will be re-directed to the wellness portal. Some of the features/services include health rewards, video/tele consultation, pharmacy & diagnostic services, online chat with the doctors, doctor’s appointment, doctor on call and medical second opinion.

The wellness portal will be applicable to the HealthAdvantEdge policy holders and below are the list of provisions for the same.

One of the key features with which you can avail maximum benefits is the ‘Health Rewards’ system which is uniquely tailored to meet the insured’s needs. You can accumulate reward points by opting for an array of wellness programs listed below, that will help assess your health status and aid in improving the overall well-being.

There will be no limitation to the number of programs you can enroll however maximum rewards that all the insured person(s) in a single policy period can earn, will be limited to 5% in a year and of the policy premium for the opted tenure on renewal. The Wellness Rewards will get accrued in the following manner –

All the accumulated points can be redeemed against the premium amount to be paid during renewal.

  • • In case of Multi-year policies, the insured needs to perform all or any of the activities at least once during the tenure of the insurance.
  • • Rewards Points earned by an insured cannot be transferred to anyone or rewards points earned under multiple such programs cannot be clubbed together for redemption in any single policy.

Covid Hospitalization Cover
Hospitalisation expenses incurred for treatment of COVID when hospitalization is for a minimum period of 24 consecutive hours. This would also cover on-road ambulance expenses up to a maximum of Rs 2000/- per hospitalization.

Pre Hospitalization
Cover for any pre-hospitalisation/home care treatment medical expenses incurred for 15 days prior to the hospitalization.

Post Hospitalization
Cover for any post hospitalisation/ home care treatment medical expenses incurred for 30 days from the date of discharge.

Home care treatment expenses
The cost of availing treatment for Covid at home for up to 14 days per admission as per policy terms and conditions would be covered.

AYUSH Coverage
Medical expenses incurred due to hospitalization for COVID under AYUSH Treatment would be covered

Please note that not all policies will have this avenue to accumulate the wellness points against the services availed. For more details; kindly refer the detailed policy document.
