Ditch habits like using your phone or conversing with adjacent colleagues and get up to move your body. This will help you keep problems like obesity, cholesterol, and osteoporosis at bay.  


Exercise your Eyes

Sitting at your desk, you stare at the laptop screen for a significant part of your workday. Exposure to harmful rays and the light causes you to experience eye strain, fatigue, dryness, and even irritation.

A healthier choice would be to eat healthy snacks like nuts, oats, multi-grain biscuits, poha, fruits, vegetable salads, and roasted Chana. Eating healthy snacks will not only satisfy your hunger but will also give your body the much-needed nutrition in between meals.


Stay Hydrated

Tea and coffee are what keep you going on with your work. However, since these are caffeinated drinks, consuming such beverages may reduce water content in your body. To create a healthy life, you must keep yourself hydrated. Replace caffeinated drinks with water or fresh juice long while you’re working. Also, keep a bottle and glass handy – making sure that you have at least six to eight glasses of water throughout the day.
