Claim Process

Cashless Claim

Our car insurance claim process is simple and hassle-free. In the event of an accident, you can avail cashless facility at our wide garage network.

Step 1: Claim registration
Register your claim by visiting our website.- Register a claim section  or calling us at 1800-103-2292 (Toll free) or emailing us at claims@bharti-axagi.co.in You will receive a claim registration number which you can use for all future reference.

Step 2: Send your vehicle for repair
You can send your vehicle to any of our network garages along with the documents as mentioned below. A survey will be conducted by the surveyor at the garage.

  1. Original Claim form duly filled and signed by the insured (Company’s seal needs to be affixed incase the insured is a Firm/Company)
  2. Registration Certificate, copy of the insured’s PAN Card & Driving License of the person driving at the time of accident duly attested by the insured only. However surveyor may wish to verify the originals.
  3. True copy of Police report / FIR, in case of any Injury to Occupants or TP; Partial Theft ; Property Damage & Malicious activity.
  4. KYC documents (Address Proof as per policy & ID proof) for liability exceeding Rs. 1 Lakh.

Step 3: Claim Settlement

  1. Once all relevant claim documents received by the surveyor and are found in order, the work order will be given to the garage.
  2. The surveyor may wish to conduct re-survey once after completion of the repairs.
  3. We will issue a Delivery Order (DO)  on the receipt of the Bills of the repairs done.
  4. Garage will release the car by collecting the Satisfaction Voucher from the insured duly signed by him (Company’s seal needs to be affixed incase the insured is a Firm/Company).
