  • Nissan Kicks

Based on Nissan’s M0 platform, what sets Kick apart is that it is the first car in its segment to have a 360-degree surround view camera. It would also come with a telematics-enabled smartwatch.

  • Tata Harrier

Based on Land Rover’s Discovery Sport, this SUV has better off-road performance than its other rivals in the Indian market. The land rover like Terrain Response Control makes its ESP stand out from the crowd. Distinct styling, spacious interiors with feature-rich cabin and adequate safety-kit has SUV enthusiasts excited. 

  • Maruti Suzuki Wagon R

With a more-rounded look, the latest edition of the hatchback is both longer and wider than its predecessor. The model has also been updated to meet India’s new crash test norms. The top-end variant will also feature Maruti Suzuki’s SmartPlay touchscreen infotainment system.

  • Mahindra XUV 300

Mahindra’s compact SUV trims Tivoli’s X100 platform to be under four metres in length. This allows it to be priced much more competitively than other SUVs with similar features. This is a great family car thanks to the best-in-class safety features and a powerful engine.

  • Hyundai Styx

The compact SUV from Hyundai has a classic, upright SUV shape. It packs a punch with 1-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with a 118hp output. A variant is also being launched with BS-VI-certified 1.5-litre diesel engine that delivers a power of 115hp and a torque of 250Nm.

  • Kia SP Concept SUV

Kia’s first SUV for Indian market comes with both petrol and diesel engines with a choice between manual and automatic transmission. It comes with a large touchscreen infotainment system, but what has the market excited is the first in segment digital instrument clutter.

  • MG SUV

MG Motors is entering Indian markets with a restyled version of Baojun’s 530 SUV. 4,655mm length, 1,825mm width and 1,760mm height makes MG’s SUV slightly larger than Jeep Compass and has ample space inside.

  • Maruti Future S

A sub-four-metre SUV that still has an imposing presence. It turned heads at the 2018 Auto Expo and is expected to launch at a Rs 5 lakh price point.

  • Toyota’s Baleno/Brezza

Toyota will be releasing their re-engineered versions of Maruti’s Baleno and Brezza. Though these cars would be the same under the skin – the Toyota’s versions will have a distinct visual identity.

  • Tata 45X

The second car from Tata to be based on Impact Design 2.0 philosophy. It sports the largest touchscreen infotainment system in its class and a part-digital instrument clutter as seen on the Harrier.
