And while the experience can be a lot of fun and immensely rewarding, things can quickly go awry if you haven’t prepared for it.

So, here is a list of essentials to pack before embarking on a road trip

    Make sure that the following documents are in the glove compartment of your car before you head out

  • A large water bottle

    While people may find it convenient to stock a crate of mineral water bottles, not only does it take up space, it isn’t very environmentally friendly. Make sure you carry a large water bottle that you can refill when you stop to eat at restaurants or stay over in hotels

  • Swiss Army Knife

    One can never overstate the usefulness of a Swiss Army Knife. It has a multitude of uses. It includes a pair of scissors, blade, bottle opener, corkscrew, can opener, screwdrivers and a few more appendages.
