  • Tom Yum Goong / Tom Yam Goong

This dish is right in the alley of a seafood lover as shrimp is one of its main ingredients. Lemongrass is a dominant ingredient in most Thai dishes, and that is the case with Tom Yum Goong as well. It is a hot and sour soup with a hint of lemongrass and deliciously cooked shrimps. Tom Yum Goong is usually spicy, you can ask for mild or no spice as well.
