Hi, i am A G Subhash working as Regional Manager Agency, Karnataka with Bharti AXA GI since October 2008.
I have worked in two kinds of organizations earlier one in which the tracks (systems, policies & infrastructure) where well laid but we were afraid of running (market share, business & profits) more than 40 kmph speed. In the other we were able to reach very high speeds to later find that the tracks were not well laid.
In BAGI, when i go to the market to get business with aggression and dynamism, I go with the confidence that the tracks are well laid to handle the momentum. This is evident in each and every activity whether its Recruitment & Training, Operation & Systems, Business Development or Customer Service.
