With the vision that every employee is potentially a brand ambassador of the organization, we provide ample opportunity to them to hone their technical knowledge. A parallel emphasis on Skills & Behaviour accompanies this training, which is most often carried out by Subject Matter Experts from within the Company. These are individuals who have been identified and encouraged to don the mantle of Trainer in various specialized fields that are part of the functions/operations of the Company. Thus there is empowerment and employee initiative that are part of the Training processes.
