We are very proud to announce that we are now the first General Insurance Company in India to receive the dual certification of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005. An added feather to our cap is that we have received this certification across processes and branches.
QMS has been implemented across our locations and functions which include Project Management Office (Including Process Excellence, Risk Management, Procurement, General Administration, Project Management, and Planning & Reporting), Sales & Distribution, Operations & Claims, Underwriting, Human Resources, Finance, Internal Audit & Compliance, and Information Technology.
