When You buy the insurance policies online, We need to know certain details including but not limited to personal details, details which are necessary for the issuance of policy or calculation of premium, subscription of any online services and details with respect to purchase of a Product online. This allows Us to better serve your needs and also when you purchase a product it enables us to process and issue policies to You and to notify You the status for the same. You are required to provide your consent thereto, in writing, through letter or fax, email or by any other electronic mode in which we may require you to give such consent acknowledging that any sensitive personal data or information that is shared with us for the purpose of issuance of policies to You is with your consent and also that such information may be shared with other persons for the purpose of performance of our obligations under the contract entered into with you. You understand and acknowledge that we shall not be able to process information provided by You or issue policies until we receive such consent from You. You further understand and acknowledge that certain data/information provided by you will be shared with our Service providers for the purpose of providing the services under the contract of insurance. You also understand and acknowledge that such data/information may be shared with our group companies for research and analysis purposes only.

Further we don’t store your credit card information and the payment gateway link available on our website, which facilitates you to make the payment for the policies bought by you.  You may voluntarily sign up to be informed about certain offers.  For this service we need only an e-mail address and / or phone number and the preferred time and language of communication, which we use to send the information you requested.  We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the Website.  The email address you provide for issuance of the policies may be used to send to you information and updates pertaining to your policies, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product / service information, etc.

We shall not hold or retain any of your sensitive personal data or information for a period longer than is required for the purposes for which such information has been collected or is otherwise required under any applicable law.

We shall use your information for the following purposes:

a) issuance of policies, renewal of policies, processing the claims etc.;
b) analyzing the data either in house by the  Company or through any of its group or affiliate Companies or through any duly engaged service provider;
c) disclosing any information compelled under the rules, regulations, guidelines or order of any statutory body or Court.

You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorise the Company to use the information provided by you to carry out your instructions, effecting transactions that you may undertake on the Website, in accordance with these Terms and such other terms as may be specified by the Company.
