Our Claims Process:
Step1: Notifiy your claim by calling us at 1800 103 2292 or emailing us at claims@bharti-axagi.co.in
Step2: Our customer service center will register the claim and provide you the claim registration number for all future reference.
Step 3: Our customer service center will immediately allocate your claim case to a surveyor and will share your name and contact number for him to contact you.
Step 4: Surveyor will assess the damage to your vehicle and authorize the workshop to commence repairs in line with the agreed quantum. He will also provide confirmation if the claim would be settled on cashless or reimbursement basis, depending on the circumstances of the case.
Step 5: Garage will carry on with the repair and inform surveyor once it is over. Any amount that is not recoverable under the policy will be collected by the garage from the insured.
Step 6: Vehicle will be released to you post your confirmation that the car is repaired to your satisfaction and obtaining a discharge. If the claim is on reimbursement basis, the same will be paid to the you within 7 working days on submission of repair bills and/or other requisite documents.

For prompt registration and settlement of your claim, please provide the following information:
- Your contact number
- Policy number
- Name of policy holder
- Date & Time of loss
- Loss location
- Nature & extent of loss
- Nature of injury if any
Documents required at the time of claim :
- Claim Form duly filled in all aspects and signed by insured.
- One self attested photocopy of R/C Book and original for verification & return.
- One self attested photocopy of driver's license and original for verification & return.
- FIR / Charge sheet in case of major damage or third party property damage/ third party injury / death/theft of vehicle/ damage due to riot, strike and malicious act.
- Repair bills, if not availing the cashless benefit.
- Satisfaction letter if you would like to avail cashless facility at our preferred garages. (Note: If you are a corporate/firm then company’s seal or rubber stamp is required on the satisfaction letter)
Any additional document required can be called for on case to case basis.

After you duly fill in the claim report, please leave your vehicle along with the essential claim documents at the workshop. A surveyor will be assigned to inspect your vehicle damage and will call you after surveying the vehicle.
- Our claims representative will contact you within one working day of claim intimation
- Our representatives will brief you on the procedure & documents required & also advise you on the nearest Garage Location.
- Damage Survey of your vehicle will be attended to within 1 working day.
- You can avail for cashless facility for repair of your vehicle at our panel garages.
- In case of cashless, the Company shall make the payment in favour of the garage directly subject to deduction of Policy excess, depreciation as applicable & any additional work carried out that is not covered under the policy.
