Bharti AXA Claims handler supported during the medical emergency of my brother in law who had to undergo a level 7 emergency brain surgery at Fortis hospital. We had opted for the cashless scheme at the time of admission and the hospital had told us there was a delay in getting the first approval. When informed about the delay she spoke to the TPA and got the initial approval quickly for us.
