Claims Initiative of the Year Award 2013

Bharti AXA General Insurance bagged "Claims Initiative of the Year" award for Dedicated Health Claims Handler service at the Star of the Industry Awards 2013 held on 14th February 2013. The award was given for the initiative towards offering first of its kind claims assistance service. We are the only Insurer to proactively calls our health claimants and help them through the Claims settlement process end to end.

Star of the Industry Awards is to recognize the best performances in the Banking, Finance and Insurance Industry. The awards focus on best-in-class practices from the BFSI Industry based on the strategy, security, customer service, the future technology challenges and innovations.

This award is testimony to our continued efforts to provide empathetic service and stands proof to our brand attitudes of being available, attentive and reliable for all our customers.

Best Performance in Insurance Category for 2012

Bharti AXA General Insurance received “Best Performance in Insurance Category for 2012” award at the Hyundai’s CCS Vendor Conclave 2013. The award was given for achieving number one position in Hyundai’s Online Insurance Program. Hyundai’s citation to Bharti AXA General Insurance on acquiring highest Market Share in 2012 is as follows, “Success is always created and never written without beating the odds. It’s been really proved by the team Bharti AXA General Insurance as they have shown their astute aggression time and again and recorded an outstanding performance in Hyundai’s Online Insurance Program in the year 2012 and have acquired the highest market share. Bharti AXA General Insurance has established themselves as one of the front-runners in Hyundai’s endeavor towards innovation and excellence in service.”

Best Employer Brand Award

Bharti AXA General Insurance was conferred the “BEST EMPLOYER BRAND” award by jury and council of board members of IPE BFSI Awards. The award was given on the innovate approach taken towards HR Practises within the organization.

The IPE BFSI Awards are endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses and presented to individuals and organizations who have surpassed levels of excellence and set an example of being a role model and exemplary leader. The aim of the award is to recognize the best of best, organized for a professional cause. The objective at core is benchmarking talent & HR practices.

This is an appreciation for our organization’s good work and contribution to innovative HR practices.

Best Product Innovation Award 2012 and Commercial Lines Growth Leadership Award 2012

Bharti AXA General Insurance has been conferred the ‘Best Product Innovation Award 2012’ and ‘Commercial Lines Growth Leadership Award 2012’ at the India Insurance Awards 2012 in a ceremony held at Mumbai on 7th June, 2012. These annual awards are jury awards given out to honor performance, product, innovation, customer service, technology and commitment of top Insurance companies in the Life, GI and Health Insurance Industry. The esteemed panel of jury members included prominent personalities of Life Insurance Council, General Insurance Council, Institute of Insurance & Risk Management and Fintelekt.

Personal Lines Growth Leadership Award 2011

Bharti AXA General Insurance received the prestigious award "Personal Lines Growth Leadership Award 2011" at the India Insurance Awards 2011. Bharti AXA GI was honoured for consistent performance and tremendous growth in terms of volume, revenues and client base over the span of three years, 2008- 2011 in the retail insurance segment.

Risk Manager of the Year

Bharti AXA General Insurance received the prestigious “Risk Manager of the Year Award 2011" at the Asia Insurance Industry Awards held at Singapore on the 31st of October 2011.

The 15th Annual Asia Insurance Industry Awards 2011 was intensely contested amongst leading insurers, reinsurers and risk managers across Asia, with over 500 entries from leading players across 15 categories of awards. The jury comprises of 29 distinguished panelists from across Asia both from the regulatory and professional community.

Bharti AXA General Insurance is the only Indian company in the Life & General Insurance category to be nominated for and winning the prestigious Award.

We are the only insurance Company in India with an in-house risk management team offering a range of risk management services like Pre Acceptance survey with specialized consultancy studies at a nominal cost across select evaluation, audits and surveys. These include General Safety Audit, Fire Safety Audit, Electrical Safety Audit, Post Loss Survey, Risk Inspection amongst others. This award is a testimony to our commitment to offer our customers better value and redefine the way they look at Insurance.
